Messages
Everything written from your website arrives here: the contact form and every custom form. The source column shows which form it came from. Messages can be marked as read.
Replies are written in your own email program — the app does not send replies.
Clients
Your client records, with their history: bookings, quotes, documents, passes, callbacks.
Two settings belong here:
- Birthday coupon — can be switched on with an amount; the system sends it.
- Data retention — you can set after how many months the system anonymises the personal data of long-inactive clients. Off by default.
The header opens Record revenue: noting a payment you have already received (cash, card or transfer), with a printable receipt. Clients do not pay through Delixor.
